Project: As Senior Online Merchandiser for the Childrenswear and Nursery directorate at John Lewis, Meg was responsible for driving traffic to the site through SEO marketing banners and website optimisation. Effective copywriting, keyword optimisation and SEO were key when the site platform was upgraded during her tenure.
Brief: To create engaging and SEO-rich content for header and footer ‘Quill’ banners to increase the SEO of the site. Always inline with the John Lewis TOV.

Process: By engaging with Buyers and Online Operations team to create relevant, engaging onsite SEO content that consisted of feature-length header banners that offered advice.
